80 Kossuth Men Officially Listed As Casualties In War
FIRST RELEASE OF STATE HISTORICAL DEATH SUMMARIES
Eighty men from Kossuth county lost their lives while in the service of their country in World War II.

Dudding, James Donald, Sgt.
Died in hospital at Algona after automobile mishap 11-25-44.

James Donald Dudding was born Dec. 22, 1923 to McClellan Francis and Oda Rose Menke Dudding. He died Nov. 25, 1944 and is buried in Saint Johns Cemetery, Bancroft, IA.
Sgt. Dudding served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps and died as the result of an automobile accident, while serving at the Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC.
