Russel W. AKA Russell William Donley was born Dec. 14, 1914 to Samuel Simison and Clara May Fuller Donley. He died Aug. 22, 1942 and is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, East Coast Memorial, New York, NY.
Petty Officer Donley served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the tanker USS Brazos (AO-4) and destroyer USS Ingraham (DD-444) and was MIA/FOD/KIA in a shipwreck at sea while aboard the Ingraham.
