Charley Devisser was born about 1920 to Govert Cornelius and Grada Theodora “Dora” Brunsveld Devisser. He died Mar. 15, 1945 and is buried in Luxembourg.
Sgt. Devisser served in World War II with the U.S. Army 319th Infantry, 80th Division was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star.
