Forrest Lee DeFrance was born Aug. 6, 1921 to Harold Casey and Alma Marie Lee DeFrance. He died Jan. 16, 1975 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown, IA.
Petty Officer DeFrance served with the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the USS Winslow (AKA-94).
