Roy Lazelle Davis was born Mar. 16, 1919 to James E. and Emma Frances Knight Davis. He died July 17, 1944 and is buried in Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Cambridgeshire, England.
Pvt. Davis served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He died of wounds received in action in France and was awarded the Purple Heart.
