Harold Albert Davidson was born Apr. 1, 1917 to Ludvig and Armena M. “Emma” Logghe Davidson. He died Feb. 12, 1945 and is buried in Luxembourg American Cemetery, Luxembourg and memorialized at Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein, IA.
Sgt. Davidson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 76th Division, 417th Infantry and was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
