Bill R. Dalton was born Jan. 8 1922 to Tom and Stella Nietert Dalton. He died Sept.. 18, 1944 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.
Pvt. Dalton served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. L, 320th Infantry Regiment, 35th Infantry Division and was KIA in France and was awarded the Purple Heart.
