Warren M. Currier was born Sept. 1, 1909 to Alfred E. and Cora A. Currier. He died Dec. 21, 1944 and is buried in Monroe Cemetery, Monroe, IA.
Sgt. Currier served in World War II with the U.S. Army 422nd Infantry, 106th Division and died of wounds he had received in action, in a hospital in Prum, Germany, while a POW.
