Perry Lee Collins, Jr. was born Dec. 24, 1923 to Perry L. (Sr.) and Mabel E. Newman Collins. He died Oct. 28, 1990 and is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Rock Rapids, IA.
Perry served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
