Clifford Harley Carlson was born July 20, 1913 to Tom and Charlotte Johnson Carlson. He died Mar. 11, 1945 and is buried in Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.
Pvt. Carlson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 169th Infantry Regiment, 43rd Infantry Division and was KIA on Luzon, Philippine Islands. He was awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster.
