Beryl Woodrow Carlan was born Oct. 2, 1913 to William Hugh and Olive Florence Swartz Carlan. He died Sept. 3, 1980 and is buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Leavenworth, WA.
Beryl served in World War II with the U.S. Navy 13th Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees).
