L. I. “Louie” Butler was born Jan. 19, 1905 to Carl Raymond “Ray" and Nellie Gregson Butler. He died Dec. 31, 1955 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Marshalltown, IA.
Sgt. Butler served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 336th Depot Repl. Squadron.
