Radioman First Class G.E. Burch has been made chief radioman in an Alaskan aereological outpost, according to word received by his wife, Mrs. Burch, 1315 19th Street. Mr. Burch, a member of the naval communications reserve for eight years, had seen two years of active duty on the Atlantic coast before his transfer to Alaska in June this year.
