Maynard Toney Binkerd was born Dec. 17, 1917 to Joseph C. and Jeanne De Camp Binkerd. He died Nov. 13, 1977 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO.
Cpl. Binkerd served in World War II with the U.S. Army Engineers in Australia and New Guinea.
