Ronald Wayne Billman was born May 19, 1922 to Raymond and Mary Plavets Billman. He died Jan. 14, 2009 and is buried in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Marshalltown, IA.
Ronald served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 365th Fighter Bomb Group and Headquarters 67th Reconnaissance Group in central Europe and was awarded 5 Bronze Stars and a Good Conduct Medal.
