Cpl. Raymond W. Biermann arrived Saturday from Camp Shelby, Miss., to visit in the home of his half-brother, Fred Nolting, 200 Lupton street, and with Mrs. A. Nolting and sons, Wayne and VerLynn, 164 Vaughan street. Corporal Biermann was granted a 10-day furlough to attend the funeral of his father, Edward Biermann. Now doing clerical work at Camp Shelby, he entered service Oct. 12, 1942.
