On Tuesday evening a large group of relatives and friends gathered at the A. Beukelman home where a farewell was held in honor of Alfred Beukelman, who leaves for the service on Friday of this week.

Mr. A. Beukelman and daughter Clare, Mr. and Mrs. Abe Beukelman, Jr., Mrs. Percy Bylsma and Mrs. Robert Rens and daughter Sharon drove to Hull on Wednesday evening where they attended a farewell gathering held at the John Rens home in honor of Alfred Beukelman wh leaves for the service on Friday.

Beukelman family spent Wednesday evening at their home in honor of Alfred Beukelman who came home last Thursday evening on a week's leave after having finished his boot training in the navy at the Great Lakes Naval Training Station.  Guests included .....
