Charles Edward Banks was born Sept. 14, 1920 to Wilber and Edith Mary Millicent Yocum Banks. He died June 20, 2005 and is buried in Evergreen Memory Gardens, Nevada, IA.
Sgt. Banks served in World War II with the U.S. Army 2nd Air Cargo Re-Supply Squadron.
