Jewell Durward “Jack” Bailey was born Mar. 14, 1923 to Elias Calvin and Leafy Belle Garrett Bailey. He died May 25, 1944 and is buried in Glendale Cemetery, Des Moines, IA.
Pvt. Bailey served in World War II with the U.S. Army 30th Infantry, 2nd Infantry Division and was MIA/KIA in Italy while serving his country.
