Hallace Victor Bryan was born Mar. 27, 1920 to Stephen Smith and Marie Lazena Knight Bryan. He died Aug. 6, 1978.

Victor served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Kadashan Bay (CVE-76).
