Clarence Anthony Brandenburg was born Oct. 18, 1923 to George Earl and Jane Virginia Riedmiller Brandenburg. He died Jan. 11, 2011 and is buried in Crestwood Memorial Gardens, State Road, Surry County, NC.
Petty Officer Brandenburg served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Point Cruz (CVE-119).
