Wayne Arnold Bolton was born Dec. 18, 1921 to Andrew Elmer and Vera Green Bolton. He died Aug. 23, 1943 and is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dunlap, IA.
Lt. Bolton served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died in an aircraft accident near Perry Army Air Field, Perry, FL while on a routine training flight.
