Elmer R. Blair was born July 8, 1908 to Benjamin B. and Cassie J. Blair. He died Dec. 28, 1993 and is buried in Shambaugh & Cope Cemetery, Weatherby, MO.
Elmer served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II with the 17th Squadron, 71st Medical Bomber Group, 5th Air Force—Pacific Theater of Operations.
