Frederick Marion “Fritz” Black was born Mar. 30, 1926 to George Ray and Lydia M. Stevenson Black. He died Mar. 24, 1995 and is buried in Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
Petty Officer Black served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Lexington (CV-2) and USS Bon Homme Richard (CV-31).
