News About Men in Service From Over Northeast Iowa
Iowa Falls—Sgt. Glenn Bitter has written to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Bitter, from the South Pacific, that he has been awarded two stars for participation in two battles. He is in an infantry unit, and has been in the South Pacific more than a year.
