Alfred J. Beck was born Feb. 14, 1917 to John and Anna Wintershield Beck. He died Feb. 2, 1945 and is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carroll, IA.
Pvt. Beck served in World War II with the 348th Army Air Force Base Unit and died of a heart ailment while stationed with the Medical Corps at the Will Rogers Field in Oklahoma City, OK.
