Delbert Dean “Dean” Artlip, Jr. was born Jan. 22, 1920 to Delbert Dean (Sr.) and Dora Adeline Walker Artlip. He died Mar. 28, 1990 and is buried in Hillside Cemetery, Elliott, IA.
Dean served in World War II with the U.S. Army with the 300th Signal Heavy Construction Company. He was an instructor and served in the U.S.
