PROMOTED
2nd Lt. Floyd Yudelson, son of Mrs. M. Yudelson, Ja-Ru-Ka court, has been promoted to the rank of first lieutenant as fighter pilot with the 9th air force in Europe. He also recently was awarded the air medal with five clusters, the unit presidential citiation, and the French crois de guerre. He is s graduate of Thomas Jefferson high school and the University of Iowa in1940. He has been in the army two and a half years and has been overseas since September 1944.
