IN UNIFORM
Cpl. Robert L. Worden, back after 15 months in the south Pacific, has returned to the marine base at El Centro, Cal., after spending a 30-day furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Worden, 311 W. Fourth street. Cpl. Worden attached to the ground crew, was stationed on Bougainville, Russell and New Hebrides islands. His unit received the presidential citation. He enlisted in the marines two years ago and before that time attended Central high school. A brother, Pfc. R. F. Worden, also a marine, is stationed on Guam.
