MARINE PRIVATE OF ESTHERVILLE KILLED
Estherville, Ia.—Special: Word of the death of two Estherville service men has been received by relatives here.
Pfc. William Thompson, 19, a marine serving in the Pacific area, was killed in action on Okinawa island April 1, his mother, Mrs. Ruth Thompson has been notified by the War Department.
Young Thompson was a graduate of Spirit Lake high school and had been overseas about one year.
