IN UNIFORM.
J. A. Sturges, aviation radioman second class, combat air crewman, has been discharged from the Naval service at the Minneapolis separation center on points. Petty Officer Sturges was stationed on the U.S.S. Marcus Island, a carrier which participated in five major engagements in the South Pacific. He served 42 months in the Navy. At present he is making his home with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Matt Hoss, 3210 Fifth avenue.
