Sgt. Walter C. Spade has returned to his base in the Yukon territory of Canada after spending a 21-day furlough with his wife and two daughters, Delores and Charlotte, 1029 S. Paxton street. Sgt. Spade has been stationed with a signal corps unit in Canada for the past 29 months. Mrs. Spade is the former LaVancha Green.
