Iowa Honor Roll
These Iowans have given their lives for their country. Each man pictured here has been killed in combat or has died in a prison camp. This group includes the five Sullivan brothers of Waterloo, who went down with the Juneau. The fourth line under each picture indicates the area in which the man last served. Further Honor Roll photographs will be carried here later.

R. L. Shepherd Body
Coming Here Monday
The body of Cpl. Robert L. Shepherd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd M. Shepherd, 427 Kingsley avenue, will be returned to Waterloo Monday for burial, it was disclosed yesterday.
Corporal Shepherd was 21 at the time he was killed in action in October 21, 1943, in Italy.
The body is being brought to Kearns Garden chapel where funeral arrangements are incomplete.
