IN UNIFORM
S. Sgt. Elmer N. Rustwick, whose wife, Mrs. Florence E. Rustwick, resides at 810 19th street, has been awarded the soldier good conduct medal for exemplary service, according to announcement from headquarters of the Antilles department. The award was presented during the ceremony at a Puerto Rican base of the Antilles air command.
