Mrs. Ralph Russell, 160 Fifteenth avenue, has received word that her husband, Sgt. Ralph Russell, jr., now at Camp Shelby, Miss., has been promoted from corporal to sergeant. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Russell, 1427 Third Street.
