S. Sgt. Raymond Powell, husband of Elsie Powell, 719 Court street, was honorably discharged at the Santa Ana, Cal., separation base by the Army air forces. Sgt. Powell is a veteran of 27 months service in the army air forces serving in New Guinea and the Philippines. He has the air medal and five bronze stars.
