KILLED IN CRASH
Flight Officer Clarence Olson was killed Monday in an airplane accident while on a routine flight from Morris field, N. C., according to word received Tuesday by his parents. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Olson, 375 Harrison street. *[alt spelling Olsen]

Flight Officer Clarence Harley Olsen was born Mar. 17, 1925 to Elias Wilhelm and Dorothy Hildur Felt Olsen. He died Jan. 22, 1945 and is buried in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Council Bluffs, IA.
