News About Men in Service From Over Northeast Iowa
NEW HAMPTON—Tech Sgt. Orlo G. Natvig, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Natvig, is a prisoner of war, his parents have been informed. Sgt. Natvig, a gunner on a Fortress, was reported missing after 60 American planes were lost late in September over Germany.

Orlo Goldwin Natvig was born Dec. 19, 1920 to Carl Ole and Millie Annette Greider Natvig. He died Sept. 3, 1995 and is buried in New Hampton Cemetery, New Hampton, IA.
