GRADUATED FROM PILOT’S TRAINING
Lt. Melvin J. Killian, 22, has been graduated from the advanced pilot training course at Ellington field, Tex.
Prior to entering pilot training, Lt. Killian served as an officer with the infantry at Camp Granite, Calif., and was attached to the pilot school as a student officer.
His wife, the former Miriam Kelly, and children, Michael Thomas and Kathleen Ann, reside at 312 Georgia avenue.
He formerly was employed by the federal land bank in Omaha.
