IN UNIFORM
S. Sgt. Merval E. Kennedy, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Kennedy, 511 W. 15th street, has finished his tour of duty in Italy and will be give a furlough soon. A nose gunner with a Liberator bombardment group, he possesses the air medal with two oakleaf clusters and a distinguished unit badge in addition to the European-African middle eastern ribbon with two battle stars.
