Frederick Walter Kemper was born Mar. 13, 1925 to Frederick E. and Esther Yarck Kemper. He died Oct. 18, 1990 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Muscatine, IA.
Frederick served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
