MEN AND WOMEN IN SERVICE
Private First Class Eugene Kelly, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Kelly, 2608 S. Royce street, recently was graduated from an aviation maintenance school at Norman, Okla., and is attending aerial gunnery school at Purcell, Okla. He is a graduate of East high school.

Assigned to Staff of Leatherneck
After three months at Parris Island, South Carolina where he took his boot training in the United States marines, Pfc. Eugene F. Kelly, vice president of the Journal-Tribune Publishing Company, has been transferred to Washington, D.C. and assigned to the business staff of the marine’s monthly publication, the Leatherneck. Pfc. Kelly is home on a two-week leave.

Pfc. Eugene Kelly Family to Make Home in Capitol
Farewell parties are being given for Pfc. and Mrs. Eugene Kelly, 3443 Jennings Street, who with their daughter Patricia will depart for Washington where they will make their home temporarily. Leatherneck, marine magazine, is stationed in Washington. He is a vice president of The Journal-Tribune publication.
