Wallace J. Jarman, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jarman, 1011 Seventh street, received a commission as a second lieutenant in the army air corps at Fort Sumner, New Mexico. He has arrived at Hobbs, N. M., after spending a week in Los Angeles with his wife, Mrs. Sue Jarman. At Hobbs he will continue training as a Flying Fortress pilot.
