“Three Musketeers”
HENRY CHRISTOFFEL, photographed at San Diego, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Christoffel, near Remsen, and he has been in the Navy just about a year. And EMORY FRANK, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Frank of Remsen, has been in the Navy the same length of time. JOHN WALDSCHMIDT, to complete the trio, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Waldschmidt, also of Remsen.

Emory Nickolas Frank was born Apr. 24, 1915 to Michael “Mike” and Emma Klostermann Frank. He died Feb. 2, 2001 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
