Pvt. Howard Ewin, who was employed at the Playdium bowling alley here for several months last fall, has written several Spirit Lake friends expressing his appreciation to them for making it possible for him to pass the physical examinations for entrance into the Army. He is now stationed at Sheppard Field, Texas, and would appreciate hearing from Spirit Lake friends. His address is Pvt. Howard Ewin, 312th T.S.S. Barracks 888, United States Air Force, Sheppard Field, Texas.
