HOME ON FURLOUGH
Cpl. Wayne Eckhardt, former Muscatine county attorney, now stationed at Fort Custer, Mich., accompanied by Mrs. Eckhardt, is in Muscatine for a visit with relatives and friends, while on a furlough from Army duties.

Albert Wayne “Wayne” Eckhardt was born Jan. 8, 1911 to Albert Casper George and Nellie May France Eckhardt. He died Nov. 16, 1983 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Muscatine, IA.
