Local Man in Navy is Safe in Hawaii, Parents Are Informed
Mr. and Mrs. Robert DeBolt, 1409 ½ South Federal avenue, have received work from their son, Leland G. DeBolt, that he is safe in Hawaii, after the Japanese attack of Dec. 7. The local man, who is in the United States navy, wrote his mother on Dec. 9, and his letter was received this week. He said he was unharmed.
