Roy D. Carter, son of Mrs. Nondice Nova Carter, 1016 Avenue H, was graduated Wednesday from the naval air training center at Corpus Christi, and was commissioned an ensign in the U. S. naval reserve. He received his preliminary flight instruction at he Livermore, Calif., reserve air base.
