Werner W. Boehm, A/C, Bn. 14, Plt. 15, N.F.P.S., Mount Vernon, Iowa, has been a “link trainer” operating the swivel cages in which flying conditions are simulated. Now an air cadet, he moved from Pensacola to Mount Vernon in January. He visited his mother here last May.

Werner William Boehm was born Dec. 25, 1921 to Adolph and Mollie Mathilda Bliesner Boehm. He died Sept. 11, 2011 and is buried in Old Hall Cemetery, Lewisville, TX.
