Mrs. Hugh Armentrout and daughter-in-law, Mrs. Robert Armentrout, left Thursday
for Camp Chaffee, Ark., where they will visit the latter's husband, who is stationed there. Mrs. Robt. Armentrout will remain with her husband, while his mother, Mrs. Hugh Armentrout will return here after a visit.

Robert G. “Bob” Armentrout was born July 11, 1921 to Hugh Edmonds and Ines Lodema Robinson Armentrout. He died Nov. 27, 1992 and is buried in Union Mound Cemetery, Sumner, IA.
Bob served with the U.S. Army in World War II including a year in the European Theatre.
